Cupping

Cupping Therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine. It involves a therapist placing special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including (but not limited to) reduction of pain and/or inflammation, to help with circulation, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep tissue massage.

General Swedish Massage

General Swedish Massage is performed to energize the body and improve overall health. Massages involve manipulating the muscles and joints to relieve stress or pain. This is achieved by relaxing tight muscles and promoting circulation. Swedish massage may help reduce symptoms of depression, stress and anxiety. Indie Head Massage

The first half of the Indie Head Massage is done without oil to invigorate and release the muscles and connective tissues in the chest, neck, face and scalp. Second half of the treatment introduces warmed fractionated coconut oil (unscented) onto the scalp, neck, face and chest.

Infant / Children Massage

Infant massage is a great way to introduce touch, regulate circulation, digestion, respiration and oxygen flow.

Children need massage too! Massage for your little one promotes relaxation, encourages stretching, while relieving any tightness or tension.

Gua Sha

Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese healing method in which a therapist uses a smooth-edged tool to “scrape” your skin with mild-moderate pressure. Gua Sha is used for many purposes such as, scar tissue reduction, releasing fascial adhesions, promoting circulation, managing chronic pain. This is used in addition to massage.

Prenatal / Postpartum Massage

Prenatal / Pregnancy massage is useful for promoting circulation, the relaxation of muscles as well as all the aches and pains that may occur during pregnancy.
